DVSOs pay Advocacy visit to the Magajin Gari of Koro Community Niger State

A team of Disease Vector Surveillance Officers  (DVSOs); paid an Advocacy visit to the Magajin gari of Koro Community, Borgu L.G.A, Niger state. The visit was to enlighten the Koro traditional ruler and members of his community on the diseases sentinel sites set up by NAVRC in the community and their benefits to the community. 

The DVSOs also took time to educate members of the community on some common practices of man that promotes the breeding of vectors around man and the need to desist from such attitudes.

The traditional ruler expressed  satisfaction with the DVSOs and their activities in his community. He lauded NAVRC for setting up an active diseases sentinel sites in his community and pledged maximum support towards the cause.
